Mine Action in Cambodia (partnership with The HALO Trust) - With the collaborative efforts of multiple Rotaract clubs in Rotary International District 7620, Rotaractors will be hosting a Wine Tasting & Auction Event for Demining Efforts in Cambodia on May 9, 2008. His Excellency Sereywath Ek, Ambassador of Cambodia, has graciously offered the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Washington, D.C. as the venue for the event.

These village children were beneficiaries from the first Rotary project for Cambodian Mine Action (Started by Seattle 4 Rotary). Rotarians provided funds for mine clearance and then built wells and rehabilitated the local school by providing the kids with books and school supplies.
